By booking Umrah packages, flights, hotels, visas, or any other service with AyatTour, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These policies may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Always check your flight tickets and booking details. If you notice an error or missing information, contact us immediately. We rely on the details provided by our service partners at the time of booking, so please double-check everything before you travel.
Flight Ticket Policy
- Please confirm your flight at least 72 hours before departure.
- Once issued, tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Prices are not guaranteed until tickets have been issued.
- Flight delays or cancellations (due to weather, technical issues, or airline decisions) are outside of our control. We will, however, assist you in finding alternative arrangements.
- We strongly recommend having valid travel insurance to cover unexpected issues.
- Any changes made by the customer to flights, hotels, or transport vouchers may result in additional charges.
Hotel Policy
- If your chosen hotel is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative.
- Hotel prices are subject to change until full payment is made.
- Availability directly affects final pricing.
Deposit Policy
- Deposits secure your seat but do not guarantee the fare.
- Prices may increase until full payment is made.
- To secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total package cost is required.
Cancellation Policy
- Flight tickets are non-refundable once cancelled. Some changes may be possible but are subject to airline fees.
- If you cancel your Umrah package or holiday deal before tickets, hotels, and transfers are issued, a 50% administration fee per passenger will be charged on your deposit.
- Refunds or amendments depend on airline and supplier policies. Administration charges may apply.
- We aim to respond to cancellation/refund requests within 48 hours.
Baggage Allowance
- Baggage allowance varies by airline. Please check your ticket for details before travel.
Complaints
- If you are unhappy with AyatTour’s services, please notify us within 21 days of your trip or 7 days after returning.

Check-in Times
- Arrive at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.
- Check-in typically closes 1 hour before departure.
Meal Requests
- Special meal requests will be forwarded to the airline, but fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.
Legal Jurisdiction
- Contracts between customers and AyatTour are governed by English Law.
- Disputes arising in Saudi Arabia will be subject to Saudi Law.
- Travelers are responsible for following local laws. In case of violations, only the British Embassy or your travel insurance provider can assist.
Non-UK Nationals
- Non-UK passport holders must provide a valid residence permit when booking.
Subject to Availability
- All services are subject to availability.
- If we cannot provide a service as agreed, we will offer an alternative of equal standard.
Travel Insurance
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to arrange adequate travel insurance before departure.
- Airlines may issue group tickets at any time, so ensure your insurance covers unexpected changes.
